Kayla first got into yoga because it helped her mentally, emotionally, and physically - spiritually came shortly after major losses.

Weighing 235lbs at the start of her yoga journey, she lost over 100lbs from yoga alone.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Breath-oriented movements that focus on stretching, strengthening, and balancing. We learn multiple breathing exercises, meditation techniques, self massage, and body awareness from our physical, energetic, and emotional sensations.

Chair yoga is beneficial for anybody who sits in a chair. The class can be challenging, or it can be gentle. There are modifications for each pose so you get to decide each class how far you want to go with how your body is feeling that day - honoring it.

Kids Yoga with Kayla

Imaginative and fun yoga for children typically aged 3 to 8 years. We weave together stories with yoga postures, and breathing and relaxation techniques. Children go on wild and wonderful journeys as the heroes in their own adventure - and build their strength, balance and confidence in the process. Classes are inclusive and offer a complete form of physical exercise in a safe and non-competitive environment. All classes end with a relaxation, using visualization and breathing techniques.

Regular practice of yoga can have the following benefits:
-Postures help recharge a weak immune system and strengthen the core
-Breathing exercises improve concentration and energy levels
-Relaxation techniques help focus the mind
-Affirmations help children feel more confident in themselves

Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra

Divine Sleep guides you systematically through the Koshas - all levels of being - including physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Transforming stress and anxiety, improving connection to your deepest Self, and increasing health and wellness, are characteristic outcomes of this practice.

Your heart's deepest longing as well as personal images and symbols are invited to arise and incorporate into the practice, making each journey unique and authentic for you. There is nothing required of you but to lay down and listen, giving yourself permission to rest, balance, and restore.
